Photo Checks for Fun

Paying bills has never – in the history of bill paying I can confidently say – been associated with any sort of fun activity. After all, with bills being as high as they are nowadays, it’s a wonder that any of us get through the process with as much of our skin attached as we do. This is the last thing that any of us want to sit down and tackle. I know, for myself, that I will procrastinate for as long as possible until the weight on my shoulders is such that I know it’s time to bite the bullet and do the bills.

Not surprisingly this had long been my attitude about money; it was always something that was stressful and dirty and completely overwhelming. This was the way I felt about money when I was kid and how I felt about it today as an adult. But I decided that I was finally ready to take steps to change my attitude about money in this New Year. I began with working with a financial planner who helped me to make some short term and long term goals as far as investments and paying down debt. He also helped me to make a budget that encompassed these goals as well as helping me save for particular things that I wanted and trips that I wanted to take.

I felt really good about the progress that I was making and was already feeling lighter in terms of my attitude about money. I decided to celebrate this new attitude with some new checks that would reflect how I was feeling.

Through an online printer I was able to find photo checks that were really fun and completely in line with my new approach to bill paying. Forget those boring bank checks; with personal checks I get to showcase my own style.
